Luebbering Insurance Agency was started in 1991 by owner, Dennis Luebbering. He started out as a captive agent with Farmers Insurance and saw that his vision for his agency was bigger than the boundary of a captive agent. In 2009 the agency was 100% an independent agency.
Dennis is the owner of Luebbering Insurance Agency. He started the business in 1991 because he had a passion to help people. Dennis enjoys spending time on his tractor, fishing in his pond and spending time with family. He also enjoys taking the grandkids on MULE rides.
Diana is a retired MoDot employee and holds an Accounting degree from Lincoln University. She co-owns Luebbering Insurance with her husband, Dennis. She believes in supporting the employees which may include the occasional meal. Her passions in life include number crunching, service to others and most importantly her family, especially her grandchildren. She is a dog lover, especially Golden Retrievers. Besides spending time with her family, her interests include reading, ice skating and biking.
Stacey started in the insurance business in 2002 selling mostly life insurance. She is the operations manager and has many roles but focuses mainly on personal lines. She got her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double major in Management and HR Management from Columbia College. She enjoys watching true crime shows, spending time with her growing family, laughing at pretty much everything, and throwing people off with her dry sarcasm. And she may start singing randomly, you never know. She loves dogs, but lost her fur baby of 15 ½ years. So now she puppy sits the grand dogs!
“I’m pretty fond of anything with two wheels, devices with six strings, animals that bark or little black boxes that freeze time, but high above those - my wife and four kids.” Brooks started with Luebbering Insurance in 2003 and holds the record for the most times moved in the office (about 36 or 37; though he’s starting to lose track). His primary focus in the agency is helping to provide clients with financial security through life insurance and other financial tools. In his free time, Brooks loves to hang out with his wife, kids and their four dogs roaming the woods in the great outdoors, either on foot or wheels.
Jonathan has a Bachelors’ degree in Graphic Design from the University of Herzing. He is the agency’s in-house graphic designer and takes care of property inspections, policy renewals, customer service and writing new business. When he is not working at the agency, Jonathan does free-lance graphic work and travels around the country selling his medieval products at conventions and renaissance fairs.
Sheila has over thirty years of customer service experience serving the citizens of Missouri. After retiring from the Missouri Secretary of State’s office, she decided to begin a new career in the insurance business. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College in 2013. In her free time, Sheila enjoys spending time with family, taking in the fresh country air, and playing with her very energetic dog, Ash.
Ritchie has three years of insurance experience prior to joining the team at Luebbering Insurance. Ritchie is a graduate of Jefferson City High School Class of 2006. He has a bachelor’s degree and two master’s degrees from University of Louisiana Monroe. Ritchie and his wife Hannah moved back to Jefferson City in 2016. They have two children, Clara and Remi. When Ritchie isn’t at work he is either at Gracie Barra of Jefferson City coaching or training Jiu Jitsu, coaching his kids sports teams, or participating in church activities at Southridge Baptist Church. Ritchie loves watching, discussing, coaching, or playing sports
Sydni has a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration from Hannibal-LaGrange University and several years of customer service experience. She is new to the insurance world but is eager to learn and most importantly to serve others. She enjoys life with her husband, Christian and their son, William. In her spare time, she spends time with family, going to church, and baking cookies, pies, cakes, you name it.
